Our impact

Earlier access. Stronger families. Better pathways to care.

HRRF measures impact by how much sooner a child is supported, how much more confident a caregiver feels, and how much smoother the path between schools, clinicians, and community partners becomes — not by how impressive a number looks on a page.

What we are building

Impact, measured the way families experience it.

HRRF's work is designed to shorten the distance between a family noticing something is wrong and that family receiving compassionate, capable support. We invest in prevention, early intervention, mentorship, family education, and school and community-based care because every one of those channels widens access to care.

Rather than point to numbers out of context, we track the changes that actually matter to the children, caregivers, schools, and partners we serve, and we report them honestly as our programs grow.

Where we are today.

HRRF has launched SNIC programming in the Chicago area with support from public and private funding sources, and is actively expanding the model to additional schools and communities.

Our goals

Where we are measuring change.

These are the outcomes HRRF is working toward across every program we run. Specific figures will be published as our programs mature.

01

Children and families reached

Expanding the number of children, caregivers, schools, and communities able to access HRRF programs each year.

02

Earlier access to support

Shortening the time between when a family first needs help and when they receive it, especially in underserved and rural communities.

03

Greater family confidence

Helping caregivers feel more equipped to recognize, respond to, and talk about their child's behavioral health.

04

Stronger referral pathways

Building tighter connections between schools, clinicians, and community partners so families never get stranded between services.

05

Reduced diagnostic discrepancies

Closing gaps in assessment and care that historically affect children in underserved communities, by bringing culturally responsive clinicians closer to home.

HRRF reports specific numbers only after they have been verified with our partners and the communities we serve. Published impact figures will appear here as programs mature.
