HRRF collects information you provide directly through our contact form, donation inquiry form, and newsletter signup. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), inquiry type, program interest, and any details you choose to share in a message.

We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, follow up on a donation, send periodic updates if you opt in to our newsletter, and improve our programs and outreach. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

If you submit a donation inquiry, we use your contact information to follow up about completing your gift. We do not process card numbers or banking information on this site — those flow directly through our payment processor when it is available.

HRRF works with a small number of trusted service providers to operate the site and our programs. These may include our website host, email service provider, payment processor (when active), analytics tools, and the customer-relationship platform our team uses to keep track of inquiries.

We share only the minimum information necessary for these services to function, and we expect each provider to protect your information under their own privacy practices and applicable law.

We retain inquiry, donation, and program-participation information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal and tax obligations (including 501(c)(3) recordkeeping), and document our outcomes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

HRRF programs serve children, but this website is intended for parents, caregivers, educators, partners, and donors — not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has submitted information through hrr-foundation.org, please contact us so we can remove it.

Information collected through HRRF's school- and community-based programs (including SNIC) is governed by separate program agreements, school and district policies, and applicable federal and state laws (including FERPA where it applies). This website privacy policy does not cover program participation.

You may request to see, correct, or delete the personal information HRRF has about you by contacting us using the details below. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send. Disabling cookies in your browser will limit analytics but should not affect the site's functionality.

We may update this policy as HRRF's programs, partners, or applicable laws evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be noted on this page; if you have an active inquiry or recurring relationship with HRRF and we make a material change that affects you, we'll let you know directly.
