Notice of Nondiscrimination

HRRF's policy on equal access and equal treatment across our programs, services, and employment.

Last updated: May 2026

Nondiscrimination policy

The Health Readiness Resources Foundation does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, ancestry, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, military or veteran status, marital or family status, pregnancy, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.

This policy applies to admission to, access to, treatment in, and employment in HRRF's programs and activities. It also applies to HRRF's partnerships with schools, community organizations, agencies, and funders.

Reasonable accommodations

HRRF will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities and to individuals with sincerely held religious beliefs, in accordance with applicable law. To request an accommodation, please contact us using the details below.

Grievance procedure

If you believe you have experienced discrimination from HRRF or any HRRF-funded program, you may file a grievance by emailing info@hrr-foundation.org with "Nondiscrimination grievance" in the subject line. Your grievance should include your name and contact information, a description of what happened, when and where it occurred, and any other information you'd like us to consider.

HRRF will acknowledge receipt within five business days and will work with you to investigate and respond. Filing a grievance with HRRF does not limit your right to pursue any other remedy available under applicable law, including filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights or with state or local civil rights agencies.

Retaliation

HRRF prohibits retaliation against any person who in good faith raises a concern about discrimination, files a grievance, or participates in an investigation.
